Terms of use
Effective August 25, 2026 · Version 2026-08-25
Using Bijou
Bijou is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Access may require an invite and account. Features, data formats, and availability may change. You can make a portable backup of your list from Data & privacy.
Recommendations and availability
Suggestions are informational and may not reflect every service or title. Streaming availability, metadata, artwork, and showtime search results come from third-party services and can be incomplete or outdated.
Acceptable use
Bijou has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not impersonate another person, spam, harass, threaten, bully, exploit, or post obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content. Do not misuse Bijou or its data sources, attempt to evade service limits, interfere with the app, or violate applicable law or third-party terms.
Social safety
Bijou filters public profile text before it is posted. You can report, remove, or block an account from its menu in Friends or the leaderboard. Blocking immediately hides both accounts from each other, removes the friendship and pair’s Watch Together content, and sends the account to Bijou for moderation. We review objectionable-content reports within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms will be removed, and the account that provided it will be suspended or removed from Bijou.
No warranty
Bijou is provided as-is without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
